Phill Newbury is a Vice President within our Central Government business unit, responsible for delivery across twelve of our Central Government clients. Phill joined CGI in 2009 and over the years has held a variety of roles across Digital Delivery and Transformation.
During his time with CGI, Phill has led accounts within secure Government clients achieving delivery excellence across: agile development; application modernisation; service delivery and management; service desk; business consulting; automation; and digital transformation.
