Redesigning a bank’s operating model using agile at scale and distributed agile
A bank from France sought to build and implement a flexible, reliable and robust platform to support the orchestration and management of all business processes within the bank’s retail groups, both from an omni-channel and omni-media perspective.
Post-implementation, the bank wanted to speed up the production of 300 business processes. CGI helped the bank achieve its objectives by setting up a large-scale agile transformation program involving 10,000+ man-days and a 5-year plus roadmap.
As a result, the bank has achieved its goals quickly, improved its time-to-market, and increased its flexibility and speed in responding to changing business and customer needs.
