Linnea Springare is a consultant and developer in Sweden, leading a team of developers and enjoying the variety of assignments that come with working with a large government client. As the mother of two children with special needs, she values CGI’s emphasis on health, well-being and work flexibility. When she isn’t upskilling to keep pace with advances in technology, she enjoys strength training and powerlifting.
Nick: An out-of-this-world career journey
Nick Poelstra is a software engineer working with space industry clients from CGI’s operations in the Netherlands. He holds a degree in aviation engineering and is passionate about pushing the boundaries of space technology through meaningful work. Going from trainee to trainer at CGI’s learning institute for space technology experts, Nick thrives on learning, sharing knowledge, and networking with peers around the world. He unwinds by watching motorsports and is a big fan of F1 driver Max Verstappen.
Sonya: Driven by the willingness to learn, unlearn and learn again
Sonya Balasubramanyam is part of the Brand editorial team at CGI where she is a writer and editor. Based in Bangalore, India, her role enables her to collaborate with colleagues in many countries. A passionate advocate for mental well-being, Sonya is part of CGI’s Mental Health Ambassadors network. She enjoys playing squash and trying new restaurants. Most of all, Sonya loves spending time with her two senior dogs.

Rodney finds his passion for innovation and sustainability mirrored in the work CGI does for clients around the world.
