As Vice-President and Global Lead for Manufacturing & Consulting at CGI, Helena shapes the strategic direction of CGI’s global manufacturing portfolio and leads the evolution of our consulting services across industries. She partners closely with clients worldwide to define priorities, guide investment decisions, and accelerate growth in high-impact areas aligned with CGI’s business unit strategies.
With deep roots in the aerospace, defense, and space industries, Helena has a strong understanding of complex, safety-critical, and highly-regulated manufacturing environments. A certified design-thinking coach, she is a recognized thought leader in digital transformation and change management, known for translating strategy into practical, value-driven outcomes. Helena also has designed and delivered next-generation consulting frameworks that drive digital continuity across the entire system life cycle, ensuring a seamless link between strategy, innovation, and operational execution.
Before joining CGI in 2021, Helena held senior leadership roles in major organizations, with responsibility for P&L management and the leadership of high-performing consulting and management teams. She also led the design and delivery of predictive maintenance solutions for manufacturing clients.
Helena holds a Master of Science in Information and Communication Technology Management from Danube University Krems in Austria and is known for her pragmatic, collaborative approach to helping organizations navigate transformation with confidence and humanism.
