In January 2026, Caroline de Grandmaison was appointed President, Strategic Client Partnerships. In this role, Caroline identifies and establishes long-term partnerships with current and prospective client organizations across Europe. Prior to this appointment, Caroline led CGI’s operations in France.
With nearly 30 years of experience, Caroline has led a wide range of operations spanning CGI’s end-to-end services, including business and strategic IT consulting and managed services. Throughout her career, she has supported clients in advancing business strategies, modernizing IT systems, and providing managed services to drive sustained cost efficiency and agility. She has particular expertise in several industry sectors, including communications, energy and utilities, retail and manufacturing.
In recognition of her contributions, Caroline received a CGI Builders Award in 2017 for helping to advance the growth and success of the company.
