Jason Dee (JDee) is CGI’s investor relations leader, responsible for sharing the company’s strategy and performance and managing relationships with shareholders and the equity research community. In addition, JDee leads CGI’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy, which includes embedding ESG priorities and measures into day-to-day business practices across CGI’s global operations.
JDee is an experienced leader within the IT services industry. Prior to this appointment, he led the International Affairs and Energy Programs (IAF) business unit at CGI Federal, a wholly owned U.S. operating subsidiary of CGI Inc. As IAF business unit leader, he led the development and execution of the business and solutions strategy for a diverse client portfolio, including the Department of State, Department of Energy, and several quasi-governmental organizations.
During his career, JDee has held leadership positions across the government markets in profit and loss operations, business development, sales operations, and strategic planning. He worked with federal organizations in the civilian, law enforcement and intelligence communities to improve operations through business and information technology solutions.
Prior to working in the GovCon community, JDee worked for an investment advisory service, managing financial markets portfolios for both individual and institutional clients internationally
He holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration from Boston University. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Vermont.
