Alisa Bearfield serves as President of CGI Federal, a wholly-owned U.S. operating subsidiary of CGI Inc., dedicated to delivering innovative, mission-focused solutions for clients across the U.S. federal government. She champions CGI Federal’s leadership in emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, advanced analytics and secure data management, to address the evolving needs of federal agencies.
In this executive role, Alisa guides CGI Federal through strategic growth and operational transformation, advancing the organization’s commitment to client outcomes, innovation and partner satisfaction. With a focus on driving efficiencies and fostering a culture of innovation, she leads the development and execution of business and solution strategies that empower federal agencies to achieve their mission goals and modernize operations in alignment with national priorities. Under her direction, CGI Federal delivers AI-powered solutions and leverages data-driven insights to help clients enhance decision-making, streamline operations and securely manage information in support of their missions.
Throughout her 30-year career, Alisa has held CGI Federal leadership positions across government markets, collaborating with federal organizations in all three branches of government. Her expertise spans end-to-end IT services, enterprise transformation, and IT modernization, consistently bridging technology and business objectives to deliver impactful outcomes. She is currently leading initiatives in AI adoption, data modernization and digital transformation, positioning CGI Federal as a trusted advisor in the federal space.
Alisa is a 2026 Fed100 Award honoree and was named to the FORUM IT100 in 2025 in recognition of her role as one of the federal sector’s top technology leaders driving innovation and transformation.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Binghamton University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
