The 2023 CGI Voice of Our Clients shares findings from our one-on-one interviews with 1,764 executives across the industries and geographies we serve. These strategic conversations provide a unique view into how macro and industry trends affect business and IT priorities and investment plans. The findings reveal that digitization is driving business model reconfiguration at record levels, with two-thirds of executives saying it has a high impact on their organization, up nearly 10 percentage points over two years.

This year, 92% of clients report that they have a digital strategy in place. The number who say their organization is producing expected results from those strategies, rose to 30%, up from 22% in 2022. Our analysis of this group of digital leaders reveals several common attributes: They are more agile, more closely align business and IT operations, modernize more applications, and see sustainability as core to creating future value.
