Our Montréal center is a hub for our best cross-industry innovations from around the world. It’s dedicated to accelerating our clients’ digital transformation through unique co-creation capabilities to fuel applied and tangible innovation. Clients and business leaders are invited to an immersive experience by exploring CGI’s intellectual property-based solutions and the latest emerging technologies like artificial intelligence. Our center is also equipped with a state-of-the-art, design-thinking space where clients, guided by our experts in a workshop setting, can build their digital transformation roadmap and develop new opportunities for co-innovation.

Finland

Innovation Center of Excellence (Helsinki)

The Helsinki Innovation Center of Excellence fosters collaboration and hosts a development-focused Innovation Lab. This dynamic hub cultivates experimentation and rapid responses to IT industry developments.

The Lab accelerates the transformation of emerging technologies into real-world results for clients. It offers an accessible way to engage the expertise of our top specialists, gain access to the latest technologies and tools, and achieve concrete, tested, and scalable business concepts, especially when ideas are not yet implemented or when no ready-made solutions exist on the market.

Our Lab provides research, experimentation, testing, and proof-of-concept cases for new technologies and solutions. Successful implementations include initiatives in AI and GenAI, collaborations with our partner technologies, and advancements in change management and data utilization.

SAP Supply Chain Management Innovation and Center of Excellence (Helsinki)

Finland’s new SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Innovation and Center of Excellence (CoE) serves as a platform for co-innovation, enabling manufacturing organizations, in Finland and internationally, to develop, test and deploy intelligent supply chain solutions that leverage the latest SAP technologies, including S/4HANA Cloud and digital manufacturing.

The Center offers a full range of services from supply chain planning to operational control and process automation. By combining CGI’s global SAP capabilities with deep industry knowledge, the Center enables Finnish industrial clients to enhance supply chain visibility, automate key processes, and adopt AI-powered demand forecasting.

Digital Innovation Center (6 locations)

France is home to a CGI Digital Innovation Center that aims to positively impact client businesses by accelerating growth, promoting collective enterprise, and exploring innovative solutions. This center brings together our best practices in big data, digital experience, mobility, and consumer experience, among others. It offers an experience based on customized journeys and a dedicated showroom in Paris where CGI clients and experts co-create pragmatic and relevant innovations. The Digital Innovation Center locations are Avignon, Montpellier, Paris, Rennes, Toulouse and Tours.

Supply Chain Center of Excellence (Lyon)

The Lyon Center is dedicated to helping clients worldwide transform their supply chains and ecosystems through advanced digital technologies. The center’s experts work closely with clients to identify and develop new digital supply chain solutions and partnership models that improve collaboration and drive innovation. A supply chain showroom features separate innovation stations for each step of the process.

Industry 5.0 Center of Excellence (Toulouse)

Located in the Occitanie region in Toulouse, this innovation center is dedicated to helping clients around the world realize the benefits of Industry 5.0 and enabling technologies including the Internet of Things (IoT), augmented reality and digital twins. The focus is on co-building, with manufacturing clients, the factory of the future, developing new manufacturing solutions and improving existing ones through innovation, and applying Industry 5.0 best practices to accelerate transformation. Another unique aspect is an immersive game designed to interactively teach a course structured around seven key Industry 5.0 issues, including real-time monitoring, data continuity, digital twins, process automation, manufacturing execution systems, process mining, and cybersecurity.

Innovation Lab (Karlsruhe)

The Innovation Lab in Karlsruhe provides an inviting environment and infrastructure for clients and students to explore and co-create future business models. Equipped with advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, advanced robotic systems, 3D depth cameras, single-board computers, and virtual and augmented reality, the lab transforms ideas into tangible proofs of concept. The CGI Lusófona Innovation Lab is a dynamic hub located on the Lusófona University campus, where researchers, students, partners, clients, startups, and CGI experts converge to stimulate experimentation and co-innovation for the benefit of these stakeholders. More than just a physical location, the Lab is integrated into a larger innovation ecosystem that also includes the CGI Unicorn Academy, which enables the creation of a community dedicated to unlocking new possibilities and transformative ideas through technology.

Innovation Center (Gloucester)

As boundaries between space, defense and intelligence operations continue to blur, our Gloucester Center is uniquely positioned to help clients connect the dots. The secure interactive environment features holographic projection and mixed reality technology to help demonstrate and visualize emerging technologies and their role in enhancing UK's national security.

Innovation Center (Manchester)

Located within our Soapworks office in Salford, Manchester, this center plays a key role in advancing CGI’s collaborative relationships across the public and private sectors in the North of England—connecting business, technology and community growth in the region.

Housed on the 14th floor of the iconic “Walkie Talkie” building in central London, this center provides a flexible space for giving demonstrations or for holding innovation workshops with clients. With its own 5G network, access to virtual and augmented reality technology and mobile pods for collaboration, the center provides a stimulating space for clients and partners to explore the art of the possible.

Innovation Center (Glasgow)

With an unusual round “standing” presentation room, our Scotland-based clients are able to experience innovation workshops and presentations without having to travel south of the border. A “Vision for a Smart City” can be brought to life through real-world experience and solutions across local authority areas of responsibility—showcasing the potential for the future.

Sustainability Innovation Lab (Leicester)

Launched in partnership with the University of Leicester, a founding member of CGI’s unique research initiative Sustainability Exploration and Environmental Data Science (SEEDS), the Sustainability Innovation Lab provides an environment where CGI can collaboratively help clients in partnership with university professionals and students to accelerate the transition to a sustainable future through technology, research and innovation.

Federal Innovation Center (Arlington, VA)

Just minutes from Washington, D.C., the Arlington, Virginia, Center provides a fully interactive space for CGI clients and experts. It hosts innovation workshops designed to solve some of the largest problems facing the U.S. federal government. It’s co-located on the Marymount University campus.
