New SAP Supply Chain Management Center of Excellence aims to train and recruit 100 experts by the end of 2026
CGI is launching a new SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Innovation and Center of Excellence (CoE) in Finland. The center will serve as a platform for co-innovation, enabling manufacturing organizations in Finland and globally to develop, test and deploy intelligent supply chain solutions leveraging the latest SAP technologies, including S/4HANA Cloud and Digital Manufacturing.
The CoE’s mission is to drive the digital transformation of supply chains with a particular focus on industrial manufacturing. CGI plans to train and recruit 100 supply chain and process automation experts by the end of 2026. The investment supports the growing demand for scalable, efficient and digital supply chain solutions in the sector.
“Manufacturing companies are facing a rapidly evolving business environment, and they require fast and flexible solutions to modernize their supply chains,” says Marianne Väisänen, Director, Consulting Delivery and head of CGI’s SAP SCM Center of Excellence. “Our new innovation and expertise hub offers a unique environment in which to simulate and test future-ready supply chain solutions. It is a strategic investment in strengthening the global competitiveness of Finnish industry.”
The center offers a full range of services from supply chain planning to operational control and process automation. Combining CGI’s global SAP capabilities with deep industry knowledge, the center enables Finnish industrial clients to improve supply chain visibility, automate key processes, and adopt AI-powered demand forecasting.
