Anne Swanson is Director of Education Outreach, based in the U.S. Delivery Center in Lafayette, Louisiana. She supports efforts to expand access to STEM education and career pathways for students, leading programs designed to inspire early interest, develop foundational skills, and create meaningful connections between learners and industry professionals.

Anne oversees STEM@CGI, an initiative that has engaged more than 128,000 students through over 700 hands‑on learning experiences and STEM readiness activities.

She also leads a team that delivers high‑impact mentorship programs, including the Congressional App Challenge, the Presidential AI Challenge, and other innovation initiatives that pair students and educators with CGI experts to deepen technical knowledge and solve real‑world problems.

In addition, Anne directs the Bridge Internship Program along with the CGI recruitment team, which supported more than 75 late high school and early college students through mentorship and industry exposure.

These programs work together to build a strong, inclusive pipeline of future technology talent and strengthen connections across communities, educators, and industry.

Anne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and received a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2020.
