Mobile regulatory enforcement and data collection

Under HUD housing choice voucher programs, public housing authorities must conduct initial inspections before assistance can be paid on behalf of a family and at least annually/biennially throughout the term of the assisted tenancy. Housing field inspectors require tools and technologies to schedule, manage, and conduct those housing quality standard (HQS) inspections.

CGI’s OnCue360 HQS supports mobile regulatory enforcement and field data collection. The solution enables inspectors to use smartphones and tablets to capture information in real time and submit that data to the PHA digitally. OnCue360 HQS’s custom schedule management and schedule optimization engine increase operational efficiency. PHAs can readily interface with tenants and owners via custom notification design and generation. Inspectors in the field can record, track, and modify field data results, collect electronic signatures, and incorporate digital photographs of deficiencies directly with the record. With customizable, workflows and ease of external system integration, OnCue360 HQS can be readily tailored to each PHA’s working models, integrating data with existing IT system investments.
