Chrissie leads operations for CGI’s Toronto Financial Services Business Unit. She serves as a strategic value driver across the business and is responsible for operational excellence, execution discipline, business performance and value delivery. She partners with senior business and technology leaders to improve operations, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and achieve consistent, measurable outcomes.
With over 20 years of experience in financial services and technology, she brings a combination of industry, product, solution, technology and domain expertise. She began her career in capital markets as a Global Derivatives Analyst and later advanced into product development at CGI, where she specialized in Wealth and Asset Management solutions, ultimately growing into her current role as Toronto Financial Services Operations Lead.
At the enterprise level, she also drives our next-generation capabilities. In collaboration with global partners, she led the evolution of CGI’s Experience Design System into a standardized enterprise capability and is advancing GenDesignAI by embedding human-centered, AI-enabled design practices. Working across business units and geographies, she enables reuse at scale by establishing standardized frameworks and assets, accelerating delivery and consistency across the enterprise, and ensuring solutions are grounded in business value, user experience, and scalable architecture.
