Dream Connectors

CGI in our communities

CSR dream image

Dream Connectors is a global CSR program that leverages CGI’s greatest assets: our members' commitment, innovative thinking and IT expertise.

CSR is part of the essence of who we are - it is built into the CGI dream on which we were founded, and the Dream Connectors program is based on this dream:

To create an environment in which we enjoy working together and, as owners, contribute to building a company we can be proud of.

Every year through the Dream Connectors program, all CGI members are invited to submit ideas they have to improve the social, economic and environmental well-being of the communities in which we live and work. Hundreds of ideas are received from across the company, all of which demonstrate the deep commitment members have to our communities around the world.

From all these ideas, 24 projects are submitted to a company-wide vote. The eight most popular projects receive CGI support, such as access to IT, facilities and funding, as well as the strength of hundreds of member volunteers.

An annual program, Dream Connectors empowers members from across our global operations to fulfill their communities’ dreams and aspirations.

Together, we are dream connectors for our communities!

Thank you to the 400 members who volunteered more than 5,000 hours to make the first year of the program a success.
