Harnessing AI for Outcomes (NEW!)

The buzz on artificial intelligence (AI) hypes peril or promise, casting the technology as a villain or superhero. This session will put AI technology in its proper place by focusing on outcomes. What are agencies aspiring to accomplish with AI? What are the best practices for harnessing the power of AI while managing risks? What changes are needed in the workforce of the future as AI becomes integral to digital government?

QSMO and ETSNext Government Initiative Updates

Is your agency prepared for upcoming government initiatives, including implementing a new government-wide travel system by June 2027 and the roll-out of the FM QSMO marketplace? Join the Treasury Financial Management Quality Management Service Office (FM QSMO), GSA’s ETSNext Program Management Office and CGI as we discuss upcoming changes and how agencies can prepare.

Momentum Technology: Raising the Bar on Innovation

Learn more about the Momentum 8.x architecture evolution and how it is positively impacting federal government IT modernization and improved operational capabilities. Property! What Is Your Asset Management IQ? (In person only)

What is…Asset Management? Are you interested in learning about asset management? Or do your friends call you an asset management whiz? Or are you somewhere in between? No matter your asset management expertise, grab your friends and your smartest coworkers and join us as we test your knowledge in a quiz competition. The categories include asset accounting, real property, asset management lifecycle, integrations and audits.

The Collective: A Hive Mind Approach to Implementing Momentum 8.x

Momentum 8.x is here! This release applies some of the most exciting architectural evolutions to our application suite. Along with the many new technical advantages, this change brings deployment and implementation challenges in the form of learning new technologies, skills and tools. We see this as an opportunity to work toward standardization, automation and increased collaboration across our Momentum community. Together we can elevate our implementation outcomes!

Most agencies are up and running in G-Invoicing, but what now? Come join us as we hear from different agency representatives as they discuss how they are monitoring their G-Invoicing activities through various reports, review and reconciliation processes.

Views from the Summit - Part 1: How Momentum is Providing Transparency Throughout the Procurement Process (In person only)

Join us in an interactive journey along the procurement process. This is session one of a two-part interactive demonstration showcasing Momentum Acquisitions. In this session, we stop at vistas along the pre-award path to highlight the visibility features and insight tools that are helping all stakeholders reach the summit. We will highlight helpful features along the climb, plus the new and improved functionality that makes the journey intuitive. Come learn what the Momentum can do for you!

Harnessing Momentum’s Agency Tailoring Capabilities

In this interactive session, we combine all of these as we demonstrate the art of the possible in leveraging Momentum’s capabilities to meet agency-specific data requirements, business rules and processes. Throughout, you will use the tools we discuss to help your team of “hikers” be the first to crest a mountain trail. Those who come prepared with real-world examples of how their agency has tailored Momentum using out-of-the-box capabilities may even find a shortcut or two. Don’t miss out on the fun and join us either in-person or virtually to play along and learn how to make Momentum your own!

Multiple Paths, One Destination!

Momentum and Sunflower can be maintained or purchased in a variety of ways. Regardless of the chosen acquisition path, you can rest assured that Momentum and Sunflower comply, and will continue to comply with federal requirements, including the new FM QSMO marketplace preference for as-a-service adoption. In this session, we discuss the choices available to agencies to purchase or maintain their Momentum and Sunflower environments. A customer leader will also share their perspective on the options that they are considering. Come learn about the choices available to you!
