Matt Kittrell is the Director of CGI’s Onshore Delivery Center in Knoxville, Tennessee, for CGI’s Commercial and State Government teams. In this capacity, Matt helps lead talent acquisition, college recruiting, human resources, and workforce management approaches to support the growth of CGI in the Knoxville community. Matt is also responsible for developing and managing community relationships and partnerships including those with the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, the Knoxville Chamber, the Knoxville Technology Council; and federal, state, and local government agencies and elected officials.
Matt is active with local service organizations focused on enabling and empowering workforce development initiatives with the tools and information needed to supply the region with tech talent. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Directors of the Knoxville Technology Council, and the Knoxville Mayor’s Business Roundtable.
Prior to joining CGI, Matt was with IBM & Concentrix for over 20 years, where he built a successful career in management consulting by delivering best-in-class IT and business solutions for a broad portfolio of Fortune 500 clients. A native East Tennessean, he resides in Knoxville with his wife, Ellie, and three sons. He holds Bachelor of Economics and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Tennessee’s Haslam College of Business.
