Francesca Winkler is a Director, Consulting Services with CGI where she partners with clients in their digital transformation journeys.  Over her sixteen years with CGI, she has supported clients through business intelligence and reporting and led complex projects with multiple stakeholders across State and Local government organizations.  She assists clients with planning and executing digital strategies including Human Centered Design, Automated Testing and agility.
