Kevin leads the Management Consulting and Business Systems Shared Services practices within CGI Federal. He is responsible for the business growth and delivery in the management consulting areas, which includes financial management, organizational change management, technology business management, automation, and business shared services.

Kevin's career spans more than 25 years  in Big 4 accounting/consulting firms supporting federal agencies with innovative technology, financial management and transformation from strategy through operations. He and his team assist CFOs with technology transformation and modernization, shared services strategy, audit readiness, governance risk and compliance (GRC), financial operations, enterprise risk and performance management and financial compliance. Kevin serves the Association of Government Accountants (AGA) as chair of its Corporate Partner Advisory Group.
