Joining us starts with a simple application process. Explore the tabs to learn what to expect, from exploring opportunities to connecting with a recruiter.

Step 1: Explore opportunities: Browse our current job openings and choose the role that excites you. Create your CGI Careers profile, upload your resume and apply. You can also sign up for job alerts to hear about new opportunities that match your skills and interests.
Step 2: Application review: Once you apply, our recruiting team will review your resume and qualifications. If your background is a good fit, we’ll reach out to discuss next steps. Because we receive so many applications, only candidates moving forward will be contacted.
Step 3: Interview process: If you are invited to interview, a recruiter will guide you through the process. Depending on the role, interviews may include behavioral or technical questions. We’ll make sure you know what to expect so you can feel prepared. As you progress through interviews, we will be in touch with updates as soon as possible.
Step 4: Offer and next steps: If you receive an offer take time to review it carefully. Your recruiter is here to answer questions and support you. If you are working under any offer deadlines or other timing considerations, please inform your recruiter.

That’s why we offer a variety of programs and opportunities designed to help you connect with our CGI Partners, explore our culture and discover how you can build a purpose-driven career with us. No matter where you are in your academic journey, there is a way to engage:

Throughout the Fall and Spring semesters, meet our recruiters and CGI Partners at on-campus career fair, networking events and information sessions. These provide a great opportunity to ask questions, learn more about our technology and professional services work, and hear firsthand what it’s like to start your career at CGI.

This immersive, one-day program gives first and second year students an inside look at Life at CGI as a consultant. Through interactives sessions and mentorship, participants will explore consulting as a career path and begin building meaningful industry relationships.

This multi-week team challenge introduces undergraduate participants to the world of consulting at CGI through real-world problem solving. Students gain mentorship, develop key skills, and build early professional connections while experiencing what it means to be a consultant.

Our virtual Open House invites students and early career candidates from across the U.S. to experience CGI through presentations, panels and interactive breakout sessions. This event is designed to provide genuine insights int our culture, career opportunities and the unique paths to success at CGI.

Our 10-week, paid summer internship program (June – August) provides students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful projects. Our interns benefit from mentorship, professional development and exposure to CGI’s culture – all while building skills that can launch a successful career.
