CGI has been chosen by French home improvement and DIY chain Mr.Bricolage Group to deploy the CGI Retail Suite solution across the company’s stores in metropolitan France. Through the seven-year contract, CGI will provide tailored support, including implementation, deployment, support, hosting and maintenance.

As part of the acceleration of its digital transformation, Mr.Bricolage Group is looking to standardize its front and back office sales management tools and collection solutions for its stores.

CGI Retail Suite is built using an open architecture approach, enabling retail organizations to rapidly adapt services and processes to meet customer and market needs.

The four solution modules selected (Store, Point-of-Sales, Customer Hub and Price Calculator) will enable Mr.Bricolage Group to:

  • Simplify specific in-store daily activities (supply, inventory management, collection, etc.) to enhance commercial performance
  • Improve omni-channel operations by enhancing processes in the sales network, regardless of the sales acquisition channel (store or digital)
