Paresh Patel leads CGI’s Federal Health Sector, guiding strategy, delivery and client partnerships across the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Defense Health Agency and the Veterans Health Administration. In this role, Mr. Patel works closely with health-focused federal agencies to strengthen mission outcomes, modernize service delivery and advance digital capabilities that support providers, beneficiaries and the public.
With 29 years of experience supporting Federal civilian and health agencies, Mr. Patel brings a deep understanding of complex mission environments and large-scale modernization and automation efforts. His background spans enterprise transformation, human-centered design, digital learning and technology enablement across multiple health domains.
Since joining CGI in 2021, Mr. Patel’s work has emphasized collaboration with clients to introduce practical solutions that improve program operations, enhance digital experiences and support evolving health missions. He has a proven track record of shaping and executing federal agency strategies while effectively introducing commercial best practices and capabilities into the public sector to drive mission and operational results.
Before joining CGI, Mr. Patel spent more than two decades supporting civilian and health agencies, including leading a major Federal portfolio at a global consulting firm. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to helping agencies adopt modern tools, approaches and practices that improve outcomes, support the workforce and enhance service delivery across the Federal health landscape.
