Our work strengthens DLA with enterprise risk management, real-time asset intelligence and agile financial modernization that delivers mission readiness and operational superiority: 

  • CGI supports the J8 (Finance) Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to sustain fully auditable financial statement reporting, assessing the risks and controls behind DLA's annual Statement of Assurance, plus audit support for resolving NFRs.
  • At the DLA Marine Corps Program Integration Center (MCPIC) Anniston, our work increases inventory accuracy while cutting time and cost. We provide real-time analytics on condition, auditability and GPS location, with automated inventory management improving data trust, enabling confident warfighting decisions.
  • We support the DLA DAI USSGL/ATM, A2R and Agile Support Services that strengthen the financial posture for Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) stakeholders. We provide auditability, automation and traceability of inventory financials in Oracle EBS ERP and OCI.
