Her hands-on expertise spans planning, procurement, manufacturing, and quality, offering deep operational insight throughout the product lifecycle.
She has successfully led enterprise systems implementation initiatives across supply chain, manufacturing, and laboratory environments. In delivering large-scale transformation programs, Nicole emphasizes organizational change management, user experience, and training to drive adoption and deliver sustainable value for end users.
Nicole serves as the Board Secretary of the International Mountain Bicycling Association’s Greenbrier Valley Chapter and coaches a local high school mountain bike team. An avid amateur racer, Nicole is passionate about promoting public health through cycling and community engagement.
