Justene is responsible for establishing and leading the strategy for the health and care sector for CGI in the UK and Australia. With more than 20 years of business experience at all levels, Justene has a deep understanding of the complex interactions between government, health and care, and business. She has a record of delivering large and complex programs and a passion for supporting the circular economy, innovation and opportunities for SME collaboration in the public sector.

Justene focuses on building a new approach to collaboration and partnership, working with supplier and partner organizations that range from the biggest health technology companies in the world to small, innovative and ground-breaking SME’s across the UK and Australia.

Prior to joining CGI, Justene was Chief Executive Officer of the Scottish government’s innovation center, the Digital Health and Care Institute (DHI). Focused on shifting the balance of care into the community, she provided leadership and strategic direction for DHI, its employees and its complex network of stakeholders. Justene was also a member of the Scottish Government’s e-health strategy board, a non-executive director for Citizen Advice Scotland, and mentor for the Scottish Funding Council Arora program.
