Since 2025, David Kirchhoffer has been leading CGI’s Business Engineering team in Europe, supporting business units in shaping and winning major managed services partnerships across the region.
David joined CGI in 1997 after graduating as an engineer from Ecole d'Ingénieurs en Génie des Systèmes Industriels (EIGSI). With over 27 years of experience in the IT services industry, he has built deep expertise in application management services and the implementation of large-scale transformation programs, particularly through enterprise resource planning rollouts.
For 12 years, David was responsible for a broad range of operations across multiple sectors—including Manufacturing, Retail & distribution (MRD), Financial Services, Energy & utilities, and Communications—with a primary focus on France and additional responsibilities in Luxembourg and Belgium.
Throughout his career, David has played a pivotal role in securing strategic and mission-critical engagements, acting as a key architect in designing compelling value propositions for CGI's clients.
