Christin Jentzsch leads applied AI initiatives across CGI, building the enterprise foundations required to optimize and scale AI solutions for our 94,000+ professionals. She also develops global standards, governance frameworks, and scalable operating models that convert internal innovation into market-ready solutions for clients worldwide.
Christin joined CGI in 2020 to launch our first structured startup partnership program, CGI Unicorn Academy. She played a pivotal role in bringing the latest external innovations into the CGI ecosystem and set up a scalable framework to ensure we remain at the forefront of both proprietary and partner-driven technological advancement.
She later built and led multiple global solutioning programs within our Global Intelligent Solutions Unit, guiding more than 100 internal IP teams from early ideation through scalable rollout and market adoption. Her work has helped shape our global, regional, and industry-specific offering portfolios.
Today, Christin defines CGI’s strategic approach to emerging technologies, with a particular focus on responsible AI adoption at enterprise scale. She connects executive-level partnership strategy with operational execution, enabling secure, AI-augmented workforces grounded in governance, transparency, and measurable value. With deep expertise in innovation strategy and venture development, she specializes in transforming emerging technologies into stable, demand-led assets that deliver sustained impact for CGI and our clients.
