Caroline Nelson has been a strategic and financial management advisor for over 30 years and has extensive knowledge of industry best practices. In her role within CGI Federal's National Security and Justice business unit, she applies that expertise on behalf of federal clients to maximize their effectiveness and efficiency.

Caroline is experienced in federal financial, accounting, and resource management, budgeting and execution (PPBE), grants management, program and technical support, internal controls, financial operations, asset and inventory management, and enterprise risk management. She also understands and applies the technology that supports enterprise-level management technology and processes. 
    
She currently is the lead for the ACT-IAC Department of Justice Sector Federal Insights Exchange, which works with the agency’s leadership and the ACT-IAC community to support sharing of knowledge across the federal government.
 
Caroline has Bachelor’s and Masters degrees in Accounting from the University of North Texas.
