We asked them to share their experiences and expand on the story you see on screen. In the first of these, consultant Austin Gaspard reflects on what it means to be a part of the Lafayette community.
I was born and raised in southern Louisiana. The culture, food and exceptional people make it a great place to call home. Because of its location, CGI in Lafayette is truly a melting pot of culture and knowledge. Our office’s support network is what makes the experience so unique. The small community spirit can be felt throughout the office and everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand. Here in Lafayette, we love to work hard, and have great time. As the popular French saying goes: “ Laissez les bons temps rouler” – let the good times roll.
It’s tremendously gratifying to be able work for a transformative and cutting-edge technology company while still maintaining my community roots. The experiences and opportunities that CGI brings to Lafayette makes it a great choice, because I have access to the latest technologies right here at home.
