We’re excited you’ve chosen to consider CGI and we are looking forward to helping you transform your knowledge and skills into an exciting and rewarding career with us.

Below is an overview of what you can expect throughout our campus recruiting process.  Your career services center may also have specific recruitment policies in place - we encourage you to check in with them as you explore opportunities with CGI.

Step 1: Apply

Search and apply to any of our open positions that match your background and location of interest. If you are a first-time applicant, you will need to create a profile through the CGI careers site and upload your resume. You may also opt-in to receive job alerts aligned to your skills and interests.

Check in with your career services center to find ways to engage with CGI on campus. You can also find a full list of scheduled events, by visiting our campus events page here.

Step 2: Screen

Your resume and qualifications review is the first step after the application process. After review and based on position requirements, our campus recruiting team will conduct a screening to determine your eligibility for open positions.

Step 3: Interview

If selected for an interview, your career services center or a member of our recruiting team will notify you to sign up for an interview slot. The format of interviews will vary depending on the type of position for which you are being considered, some may require behavioral and/or technical assessments. Our recruiting team will discuss the various stages of our interview process with you in advance of the interview process.

Step 4: Offer

You will be notified of your status as soon as possible. If you are working under any other offer deadlines, please inform your recruiter. If an offer is presented to you, we encourage you to review its terms and conditions and let your recruiter know if you have any questions.

Accepting an offer with CGI is a great first step in your career – once you’ve committed to join us, you will receive ongoing correspondence from our campus recruiting team as your start date approaches.
