CGI is delighted to announce that we have been awarded Gold accredited membership via The 5% Club’s  2024-25 Employer Audit Scheme. This award recognises our significant contribution to the continued development of all our Employees through “earn & learn” schemes such as Apprenticeships, Graduate Schemes and Sponsored Students Course Placements.

Through programs that offer hands-on learning, we are creating pathways for professional growth, equipping our staff with the skills and confidence they need to thrive.

By being part of The 5% Club, we proudly stand alongside over 1,100 forward-thinking employers who are dedicated to driving positive change. The 5% Club represents a powerful movement of companies working together to make workplace training more inclusive, diverse, and accessible.
