CGI has partnered with Uptree, a professional network that connects young people with the world of work to inspire and prepare the next generation of digital professionals.
Through this collaboration, students aged 16 – 18 will gain valuable insights into the IT and business consulting sector through work experience events, career development sessions, and mentoring opportunities. These experiences are designed to help students understand the range of career pathways available in technology and consulting, while building their skills and confidence.
By supporting students from all backgrounds, CGI is helping to reduce barriers to entry into the digital sector and opening equal access to career opportunities. This initiative forms part of CGI’s broader commitment to delivering social value and supporting the Government’s ambition to build a skilled and inclusive workforce.
CGI look forward to continuing working with Uptree to connect education with employment and nurture diverse talent, strengthening the UK’s digital future.
