Serge Godin, chairman, president and CEO of CGI, is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Wes Scott to CGI's board of directors replacing Thomas E. Kierans, chairman and CEO of the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research.
With over 30Â years of experience with BCE, Mr. Scott has held senior-level positions including chief corporate officer of BCE, executive vice-president corporate of Nortel Networks and president and CEO of Stentor. Mr. Scott holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and serves on several corporate and volunteer boards including Sears Canada, Bell Canada International and acts as trustee of the Hospital for Sick Children.
