TEKNION SELECTS CGI FOR INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES

Toronto, Ontario, January 29, 2004 -  

CGI Group Inc. (CGI) (TSX: GIB.A; NYSE: GIB), a leading provider of end-to-end information technology (IT) and business processing services, today announced the finalization of a seven-year IT outsourcing contract with Teknion Corporation, a manufacturer of office systems and related furniture products. As part of the agreement, CGI is charged with managing the majority of Teknion's infrastructure including desktop and server management, data center management and network and communications management.
