The Muskingum County Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services (DJFS) has selected the CGI-AMS electronic Records Information Management System (eRIMS) as the electronic records management platform to support its conversion from paper to electronic files. CGI-AMS will implement its eRIMS - Human Services solution suite including the eCAF Module. The eCAF module is an expansion of eRIMS that automates the processing and storage of the Common Application Form required by agencies using the state of Ohio's CRIS-E (Client Registry Information System - Enhanced) system. CGI-AMS and Muskingum County expect the system to be in full production by February 2005.
CGI-AMS's eRIMS helps government agencies manage their ever-increasing documentation requirements, adhere to paperwork reduction initiatives and more efficiently deliver services to their constituents. eRIMS provides a fully configurable, comprehensive environment to effectively capture, digitally store, access and search important case management information. eRIMS is Web-based; therefore, authorized personnel have access any time to information through their nearest Internet connection. CGI-AMS's eCAF module automates the State of Ohio's Common Application Form (CAF) enabling case managers to access, complete, execute, and store the CAF electronically, streamlining the re-certification process and greatly improving service delivery.
CGI-AMS's Government Solutions experts developed eRIMS to meet the specific needs of government agencies. CGI-AMS's in depth practical industry knowledge combined with our extensive technology expertise provides value added benefits to our government clientele. CGI-AMS's information technology professionals have extensive experience in document-based Internet and network technologies, and have the ability to quickly create and deploy document management solutions for a variety of applications, platforms, and markets.
