With over three decades of experience, Srividya Nataraj is a seasoned leader specializing in global delivery, program management, and comprehensive risk assessment and quality.
Srividya has a proven track record of leading corporate-wide strategic initiatives, including driving forward operational excellence, overseeing consultancy projects and customer-centric initiatives including CXO relationships, establishing the Agile and DevOps Center of Excellence, and implementing service management practices.
Throughout her tenure at CGI, Srividya has held various leadership roles, which include having full accountability and responsibility for risk management and overseeing strategic global projects, delivery excellence initiatives and quality standards. Additionally, she oversees the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program within CGI’s APAC strategic business unit.
Srividya holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Mysore.
