With more than 25 years in strategy and management consulting, Philippe-Quentin has expertise in managing large-scale, complex transformation programs, acting as a business designer and delivering high-end consulting advice for top decision-makers across a broad range of industries, including financial services, transportation and the public sector. He works closely with top decision-makers and operational managers to develop and master new performance models, leveraging advance digital innovations.

Philippe-Quentin leads CGI’s Business Consulting Global Center of Excellence, overseeing the its operational and delivery activities. Prior to this, he oversaw CGI’s transportation and public sector business consulting practices, and also was in charge of developing CGI’s business consulting activities in western and southern Europe.
