Patrick Rathgeber has almost two decades of experience in national and international healthcare. For more than five years, he has specialized in Germany’s telematics infrastructure (TI) helping healthcare organizations plan, implement and optimize TI components, while addressing IT security, data protection and the integration of healthcare systems, including administrative information system (AIS), key information summary (KIS) and primary care surveys (PVS).
His expertise spans healthcare digitalization, including the implementation of e-health applications such as electronic patient records (ePA), telemedicine and interoperable platforms. He advises public sector organizations, health insurers and state and federal authorities on digital transformation initiatives and supports the development of business strategies that deliver measurable value.
