Armin supports clients from strategic alignment through the establishment and operationalization of governance frameworks to the implementation of specific AI use cases, while ensuring regulatory requirements are taken into account.

He has a strong technical background in cloud architectures, data-driven systems and AI-based applications. As part of his doctoral studies at RWTH Aachen University, Armin developed cloud architectures for connected vehicles and worked on technology-driven projects at the intersection of research and industry.

By combining technical expertise with strategic consulting, he helps organizations align governance, risk and compliance requirements with the practical development and deployment of AI systems. Armin brings extensive experience in project management, agile methodologies and solution design. He is PRINCE2, ITIL, and Scrum certified, combining a structured approach with a strong focus on innovation.
