Andre Newsome is a consulting director within CGI’s Insurance and Health Solutions practice, bringing more than 30 years of experience in enterprise IT, systems integration, and insurance technology. During his two decades with CGI, he has advised insurance carriers on solution strategy and delivery across core business areas, including regulatory and statutory reporting.
Andre combines deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of client business needs. He works closely with insurers to modernize legacy operations, support regulatory requirements, and advance digital transformation. His experience spans systems implementation, solution architecture and delivery, and long-term client relationship management across the property and casualty and health insurance sectors.
