CGI's credit union team has announced the creation of a new suite
of browser-based solutions and services developed to help credit unions
deliver optimal service. The CyberSuite is comprised of a collection of
applications called CyberBranch, CyberBranch@Home, CyberGateway, and CyberPlus
and will be ready for general release in the first quarter of 2003.

  • CyberSuite encompasses a robust set of financial services solutions
    comprised of:
  • CyberBranch - single-window access to member information including
    core banking, lending and member relationship management;
  • CyberBranch@Home - our home banking and Web solutions that give members
    direct access to their credit union;
  • CyberGateway - cardholder transaction management services for
    debit and Aâ„¢ services; and
  • CyberPlus - customized solutions to further enhance a credit
    union's service standard.

CGI's credit union team is moving all core application services
to a browser-based format which allows for ease of integration of other
functionalities. The CyberPlus module will contain dozens of ancillary
solutions designed to give credit unions the ability to customize their
system based on their own strategic direction.

Establishing a new paradigm for credit union driven solutions, CGI's
CyberSuite solutions are available to all credit unions regardless of
their core processing or Internet solutions suppliers.

Comments and Quotes
"Our goal is for CyberSuite to address every
possible credit union need in one intuitive, browser-based application.
As CGI evolves and develops new solutions, the suite will continue to
acquire strength giving it the momentum to serve credit unions of any
size. We are using our own corporate programming and engineering resources
to develop these applications with greater speed and efficiency than ever
before. This is where the strength of our growing practice comes into
play," explains Warren Marshall, Vice-President of Marketing. "While
we have the strength of an army to continue constant development of this
system, it is the credit unions who are mapping the direction of our solutions.
We have a new model and it is credit union-focused - they've
made the call, and we're going into action."
