CGI professionals to “Walk Around the World” for 10th straight year

Event takes place from 400 starting points across the globe and includes client and community organizations in a shared commitment to promoting health and well-being

CGI (TSX: GIB.A) (NYSE: GIB) will hold its annual Walk Around the World event—aimed at promoting good health and a commitment to being present within our local communities—on September 20. Organized by Oxygen, the company's global health and well-being program, CGI’s 70,000 professionals are invited to participate in a walk from 400 starting points worldwide and will be joined, for the first time in the walk’s 10-year history, by local clients and community organizations.

Over the past 10 editions of the Walk Around the World, CGI professionals have walked more than 300 million steps around the globe.
