Montreal, Quebec, May 10, 2007

CGI Group Inc. (TSX: GIB.A; NYSE: GIB) and BDC today announced the renewal of a
contract that will see the two organizations continue to work together for four
additional years as well as a renewal option of three supplementary periods of
one year each.

Under the terms of the contract, CGI will continue to
provide BDC with services that include hosting, printing and insertion, AS/400
environment management, Internet bandwidth, 5970 audits, and business continuity
planning.

To respond to the specific needs of BDC, CGI will also assure
recovery services in Canada in collaboration with its recovery services
supplier.
