MONTRÉAL, Dec. 20, 2018 - CGI (TSX: GIB.A) (NYSE: GIB) today filed with the securities regulators in Canada and in the United States its Management Proxy Circular for its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders that will be held on January 30, 2019.

CGI also filed its 2018 Annual Information Form with the Canadian securities regulators and its Fiscal 2018 Results (which is referred to as its "2018 Annual Report" for the purposes hereof) on Form 40-F with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
