For 20 years, the California Department of Social Services (CDSS), the Office of Technology and Solutions Integration (OTSI), and CGI have partnered to support California’s In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) program through CMIPS.

Supporting more than 1.5 million providers and recipients across California’s 58 counties, IHSS helps families stay together at home while delivering care at scale.

With CDSS setting care policy, OTSI establishing technical standards, and CGI managing operational complexity, the collaboration delivers measurable outcomes centered on independence, dignity and community impact.
