CGI's Les Pierce has been named to the Board of Directors of the National Leased Housing Association (NLHA). NLHA is national organization representing all major participants—private and public—in the affordable multifamily rental housing industry.
As a Director of Consulting Delivery at CGI, Pierce brings more than 20 years of experience consulting with clients such as the Department of Housing and Urban Development and Housing Authorities to improve housing program operations and outcomes. He provides expert leadership in support of housing authorities.
He is passionate about expanding affordable housing to higher opportunity areas, reducing barriers to affordable housing, and assisting public housing administrations in implementing best practices that drive operational efficiencies and improve outcomes for participants.
“I look forward to working alongside my fellow Board members in finding solutions and ensuring quality, affordable rental housing for low and moderate income Americans,” Pierce said.
Pierce’s Board assignment will run through June 2023.
