Kerr, a U.S. Navy veteran and former Naval Intelligence officer, is recognized for leading cross-functional teams in data modernization, business process engineering and stakeholder engagement, enabling clients to achieve measurable outcomes in complex, high-stakes environments.
Kerr is a licensed attorney with a J.D. from the George Washington University Law School and holds a B.S. in Political Science from Florida State University.
