Wei brings more than 20 years of experience helping federal and commercial organizations modernize operations, strengthen cybersecurity, and improve enterprise performance. He specializes in digital transformation, AI strategy, cloud modernization, and technology governance, and has led teams of 176 practitioners, optimized $4B+ IT portfolios, accelerated delivery through Agile and cloud adoption, and driven measurable savings through FinOps and TBM.
He holds an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business.
