Shawn Shortridge is a Director of Operations in CGI Federal’s Defense, Intelligence and Space business unit. He brings extensive experience leading complex federal programs, organizational transformation and strategic growth initiatives across government, aerospace and defense environments. He is known for guiding teams through operational challenges and aligning people, processes and technology to drive measurable mission success and long-term organizational effectiveness.
Shawn has led large multidisciplinary teams supporting NASA and other federal customers, with expertise spanning program operations, strategic planning, cybersecurity initiatives and customer engagement. His leadership approach is rooted in collaboration, accountability, and mission-focused execution developed through more than 20 years of service in the United States Marine Corps.
He holds an MBA from Louisiana State University and a B.S. In Secondary Education from Bowie State University.
