Matthew Kittrell is a business and technology leader with more than 25 years of consulting experience, focused on helping organizations use emerging technologies to drive innovation and business value. He is known for delivering results in regulated environments, building strong client relationships, and aligning technology initiatives with strategic goals.

As CGI’s Knoxville Center Leader, Matt has grown the center from launch to more than 150 professionals supporting CGI’s U.S. Intellectual Property and Geographic Business Units. He also plays an active role in the East Tennessee technology community. He serves as President of the Knoxville Technology Council and Vice Chair for Talent with the Knoxville Chamber, where he supports workforce development and industry academic collaboration. In December 2025, he was elected President of the Knoxville Technology Council’s Board of Directors.

Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Managerial Economics and an MBA in Supply Chain Management and Information Systems Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
