Mark Pascoe works closely with CGI's performance-based contract administration (PBCA) clients, who are providing affordable housing to their constituents.  Since joining CGI in 2007, he has served as a state and area manager, enabling CGI public housing authority clients to comply with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) PBCA program requirements. His expertise includes training and compliance, Annual Contributions Contract processes and policies, and business process optimization. Internally, he provides leadership and oversight to supervisors, senior consultants, inspectors and contract specialists assigned to the PBCA contract. Mark is a Certified Occupancy and Tax Credit Specialist and sits on the Board of Trustees for the Midwest Affordable Housing Management Association (MAHMA).
